Effective March 3, 2023 and onwards, the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach will be implementing the following policy on the use of all credit and debit cards relating to hotel guest stays, and charges throughout the property:

• A credit card processing fee of two (2%) percent will be assessed on all credit and debit card transactions. This will apply to both physical and virtual credit cards.

The processing fee will apply to all charges including but not limited to:

• Guest room charges
• Incidental charges
• Restaurant charges, including all food and beverage, catering, and banquet charges
• Gratuity charges
• All taxes

No credit card processing fee will be assessed on payments made by cash, check, electronic check, bank wire or ACH.

Rollaway bed available at an extra charge plus applicable taxes per day. 1 rollaway bed per room (excluding king bedded rooms with a sofa bed). If additional person fee has been charged, then there is no charge for the rollaway bed.

Smoking is prohibited. $500 plus applicable local taxes per night will be applied if a guest smokes in a room.

Crib available complimentary based on availability.

Daily Resort Charge: A daily resort fee of $54.00 USD plus tax, per room, per night will be paid locally

• Internet Access: Wireless high speed internet access in guest rooms and throughout the resort
• Local Newspaper: Available daily at Guest Services
• Oceanarium Educational Program: Conducted by the ‘Alohilani Oceanarium dive team. See daily event listing for details
• Parking: Pay for Self-Parking and be upgraded to Valet Parking service for the first night of our stay
• Phone Calls: Unlimited local calls and up to 60 minutes long distance/international telephone calls per day
• Portable Phone Charges: Available for use from Guest Services
• Self-service 24-hour workplace: Complimentary boarding pass printing and copying services
• Spa U’ilani Services: Guests receive a complimentary add on enhancement to any massage or facial. Please note spa services must be reserved in advance and add on enhancement requested at the time of booking. Contact 808.921.671 or extension 6171 for reservations
• Surfboard Storage: Self-serve locking surfboard racks with unlimited use during your stay (subject to availability)
• Tennis Courts: Access to ‘Alohilani’s 9th floor rooftop tennis courts. Tennis equipment available at Fit Waikiki. the Island Club and Spa
• Beach Candy: Guests can select from a wide range of items from Beach Candy store located at Twin Fin hotel located at 2570 Kalakaua Avenue to further enhance their beach and ocean experience

*Each night of stay (with a fully paid resort fee) every guest room will receive 3 daily credits that can be applied towards rentals to include: Surfboards, Paddleboards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach Toys and more! Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as Fitness Classes, Surf Lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.

The ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach will be conducting exterior spalling repairs on the Seascape Tower beginning Monday, October 27, 2025, with an anticipated completion date of March 31, 2026, barring any unforeseen delays. Please note that all work will pause during the festive season from December 18, 2025 through January 3, 2026 to ensure a seamless holiday experience for our guests.The project will involve a small crew working from scaffolding that will move along the exterior of the Seascape Tower. To minimize any impact to our guests, we will proactively block all rooms adjacent to the work areas throughout the duration of the project.Work hours are scheduled for Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Guests may experience intermittent and limited noise during these times, however, every effort will be made to ensure comfort and enjoyment are maintained.
